About the Club The ABC is an Arizona-based, family-oriented club, dedicated to the restoration, preservation, and enjoyment of the Volkswagen Transporter. We are a collection of drivers and hobbyists whose preferred mode of transportation are old VWs; preferably buses. If that sounds like the kind of crowd you'd like to hang out with, come to our monthly general meeting or look us up at a show. The club is open to all VW bus/van owners and all VW enthusiasts. We love camping with friends in the desert, up in the pines, out on the coast, anywhere! The ABC attends all the big shows and we help our fellow clubs just as they help us. We spend time working on our rides and welcome anyone interested in Volkswagen buses to join the fun. There is also a Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/arizonabusclub We restore a bus every year and raffle it off in September at our signature event, the Jerome Jamboree. The ABC is an official 501(c)3 non-profit and last year's proceeds from the event were donated to various local charities. Past proceeds have been donated to organizations like the Jerome Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary,4 Wheels 4 Good, Dogs 4 Vets, Civitan Foundation and many more. We meet monthly on the 3rd Wednesday of every month except December when there is no meeting because we get together at the Christmas party. 7pm is the suggested start time but come early to get a good seat, have some tasty grub, and meet some friendly folks.
